For more than two decades, I’ve excelled in the competitive North Atlanta real estate market, establishing a reputation as a detailed agent that goes the extra mile for my clients. Always professional, my negotiation and problem solving skills are among my strengths as well as a clear understanding of contracts. A bit old school, I demonstrate personal communication and dedication in guiding each one of my clients to a smooth closing. My reputation depends on happy clients and the majority of my business comes from client referrals.

Achieving over $195 million in property sales since 2001 has secured my status of leading individual Realtor® and earned my place as a Lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Top Producers. I am also consistently placed on the Harry Norman Realtors Success Circle team each year.
Residential real estate sales is my focus with an emphasis on selling homes of all price points in the north Atlanta area. I also have extensive background and knowledge of land development, home construction, farms and acreage properties.

A 24 year resident of the Alpharetta/Milton area, I reside on a 5.5 acre horse farm in SE Cherokee where I enjoy caring for my retired horses.

As a horse farm owner myself, I am well connected in the equestrian world. Caring for these beautiful animals requires specific property needs. I am versed in the local zoning ordinances of the northern Counties and the agricultural property tax exemption, Conservation Use Valuation Assessment (CUVA). From professional training facilities to hobby farms, I have years of experience to provide excellent guidance on selling, buying, planning, and building equestrian properties.

You can’t buy happiness but you can buy land and that’s kind of the same thing. However, buying or selling land or a building lot requires extensive knowledge of development, property construction and local zoning ordinances. From raw acreage to residential developed lots, I have years of sales experience and work with a pool of qualified builders and developers.
