With over $145 million sold, I am consistently one of the leading individual Realtors® in the North Atlanta area, with over 18 years Real Estate Sales experience serving Milton, Alpharetta, Canton, Roswell, Cumming, Johns Creek. Specializing in homes of all shapes and sizes, whether it be a quality neighborhood home, luxury acreage estate or horse farm, representing your best interest as a client is what I do best.

About Me…

A 20 year resident of the Alpharetta/Milton area, I have been selling real estate since 2001. Prior to my real estate career, I enjoyed 18 years as a Sales Account Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. I am from northern California originally but have had the good fortune of living in many great states – Texas, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, and Georgia. When I’m not busy working on a client’s contractor listing, I love to spend my time outdoors working around my property and caring for my retired horses. Staying physically fit is high on my list as is enjoying our awesome communities of Alpharetta, Crabapple, Roswell with friends.

EQUESTRIAN PROPERTY EXPERTISE

My connections in the equestrian world come from years of owning and competing horses. Caring for these beautiful animals requires specific property needs. Local zoning ordinances also play an important role, especially with the population growth our area is experiencing. From professional training facilities to hobby farms, I understand the selling features of these farms and market to a targeted audience.

I am a bit old school – I answer my phone. Yes, I know how to text, but I believe personal communication is the key to serving my clients and potential clients. I return any missed calls as quickly as I am able.

Positioning to the correct audience requires not only presentation skills but a solid understanding of pricing strategies. Once presentation and pricing are established, my marketing tools maximize exposure on the internet, mobile ads, and direct mail.
